1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
- United States 🇺🇸
- (Optional) International countries depending on availability
If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there yet.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us for support.
7. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
